Through this Sisterhood Serie, I was aiming to capture moments of love and complicity between Gansiry and Teydel. This unique bond that lasts forever is sacred. Love and memories are so closely linked, fulfilling your mind with beautiful and happy ones is essential.
As Easter was approaching, we gathered the little baskets they like to pick up eggs with, we wandered around the Swiss countryside to find the perfect locations. I picked their outfits from their closet and opted for matching white dresses that they both like to wear on special occasions.
I directed some of the poses but the shots I prefer are usually the ones that were naturally captured, with no directions behind it. Only spontaneous reactions and laughs. This step was crucial for my pictures to stay authentic. Especially with kids as it may be difficult to behave naturally in front of a camera at first.
I am very satisfied with how pure these turned out.
